customize desktop / web

I want to make my web site to be allways in my desktop but I don't have the
"web" tab in my "Cotrol panel/desktop/display/customize desktop". How do I
get the "web" tab appear?

Hi Byte

I too am suffeing fromthis, I downloaded the kellys-Kroner tweak, ran it,
and it still did not bring up the Tab - any more suggestions? As a foot note,
it seems that this tab dissapeared during a Windows update session a while
back. Is there any info from MS regarding gremlins in their updates?
