Customize Background of Folders

Previous I'm using Windows 2000 Pro where there is a built-in "customize
folder wizard". Isnt there any for winXP?

Formerly I had some of the folder background customized when using win 2k
pro. When I formatted my C Drive, and installed WinXP, the customize
background is still there!

If I use a customize background pictures and the picture is moved to other
folder, will the background disappear?

Yes. Store the pic in a common location.
