I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're looking for, but the Windows
Porduct ID No. is at Start>Control Panel>System or Right-click "My Computer" >
Properties. It's under Registered To:.

Please note that if the ID has 'OEM' somewhere within it, then you aren't
eligible for MS support and must contact the vendor who sold you the
licence.
