How can i create a custom XP install? I'm wanting to put my company's
anti-virus, MS Office, and misc software. When I'm installing an OS it take
me about 2 extra hours just to put all of the extra software on there and
configure it. I want to make things a lot less time consuming. Thanks

You can add items to or subtract items from the Windows install CD by using
either nLite or the RyanVM Integrator; see http://www.nliteos.com/ or
http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/ for the forums. These programs will use the
existing CD as a source and then add or subtract other items as you dictate.
You then burn a new CD with the updates/addons/patches/etc.

Office is a totally separate issue. There are no addons that I know of that
will somehow merge the Office CD with the Windows CD. Menu software is
available if you want to make your own DVD with Windows and Office on it.
EasyBoot is the name of one if I remember correctly. (Google)

But Office updates/hotfixes/patches/etc can be merged with the original CD
using the Office Integrator; see http://siginetsoftware.com/forum/ for that
program.

I haven't had to do this in years--The system prep software used by OEM's
had the basic capability to do what you want.
To actually succeed when you are not conversant with the OEM package will
require much effort up front.
It's worth it if you have quite a few computers to load/reload, but not if
you have just 20 or so.
