Custom Template

Can I create a presentation that includes a custom template (that I've
created and saved to my "Templates" folder) and send the presentation to
someone else?
Will they be able to open it up with their PP or will they have to put a
copy of my created lemplate into their "Templates" folder?

A template becomes an integral part of a presentation. You don't need to send
it separately.
