Is there a way to custom sort, or move folders around in the folders list?
I've tried dragging and dropping but that just puts the folder I want to move
into another folder. Say I want to move my inbox to the top of the list, how
would I do that? Thanks in advance.

No. They're always alphabetical.

You don't. You can, however, depending on your version of Outlook, use the
Navigation Pane's Shortcuts view which will allow you to specify folders in
the order you want them.

That's what I thought. Thanks for the info.
