Custom signature problem in new Windows Mail

I tried the second step but it doesn't work. Does anyone have an answer or
specific steps.

Use REPLY GROUP button at the tool bar. That way all replies from others
will be appended ( included ) with your reply.
As it is now, we have no idea what you are talking about.
