And when that new size doesn't show up? Then What?
In another thread the following was stated:
"The form definition must be within the printable area defined in the
printer GPD file from the printer manufacturer or you will not see it in the
list of paper sizes within the printer properties."
Could you please supply an example to explain what the above statement
means, and how to
specifically resolve it? Are we to assume that the custom size we are trying
to define is not showing up on the list because of attempting to place it in
a non-printable area?
We have a Panasonic KX-P2123 and cannot print 1 inch x 3.5 inch tractor feed
labels using Windows XP. We cannot print them from either MS Access or MS
Word. To print the 1x3.5 label properly in MS Access on Windows 98 we needed
to define it as an Epson LQ-860. To print from MS Word on Windows 98 we used
the KX-P2123 driver.
Any information you can supply will be appreciated.
