I am using a Panasonic KX-P1624 to print on tractor fed
stickers that are 4" wide and 1.5" high. I recently
upgraded to Windows XP from Windows 98 and the option to
choose a custom size paper is not in the list of options
in the printer settings. No matter what size I choose
when printing from a Windows based program, the first
sticker prints fine, then the feed won't line up the next
sticker properly. I can however print fine from a DOS
program we have for inventory, and if I share the printer
on the network, any machine still on Windows 98 works
fine, while Windows XP has the same problem as me.
Please help!
