custom paper problem 7*8 inches in windows 2000

i am using windows 2000 professional and there is no option is printer properties so what should i do any one help me in this regard mail me on ma email address (e-mail address removed)

Usually, this is gotten around by setting up margins and or paper size in an
application.
Proof settings with standard paper, then switch to special size paper in the
printer. Also check for the availability of updated drivers.
