printing problem

i have a epson lq 300+ printer.i am a user of Worldspan
(GDS) system. i need to print every pnr to print. but when
did so the full page come. where as i want to get desired
sized print or customised size print. before using windows
2000 professoinal, there was no problem to set paper size
form paper option.by that way i could not find out any
custom button to set the paper size.
could you help me to set the paper to desire size or how i
can set the paper size like 10" inches width and 5" inches
length.

Two things:

1) Paper sizes are limited according to drivers.
or
2) Try this:
A) Click Start, Settings, Printers
B) In the white area (not on a printer), Right Click
C) Choose Server Properties (with a left click)
D) Click the Create New Form box
E) Name the Form
F) Enter the dimensions you desire
G) Click OK
H) Now set the default paper size on your Epson
printer.
