Custom new printer size not showing up print dialogue box of any app ... ?

I found out how to create a custom page style/size through the server
properties for the printer we're going to use. The first part is to
go to START > SETTINGS > PRINTERS AND FAXES. Then once that folder,
we click:

FILE > SERVER PROPERTIES > FORMS tab, create dimensions of new paper
and margins and then click on SAVE FORM.

That part is fine, it's just that the new forms don't show up in the
pulldown for any printer.

What am I missing; is there a way to fix this problem? I don't mind
having to create the form each time I go to a new computer if it
works. This isn't working.
