Custom colours

This may be a stupid question, but is there any way to add your ow
colours into excel

Yes, there is. Tools > Options > Color > Modify > Custom.

If you're talking about Excel itself, meaning the headers and stuff, you can
do that from windows..........right-click on the desktop > Properties >
Appearance tab..........
