Custom Buttons Disappear

I'm programming in VBA in Office Outlook 2003. I'm Having issues with my
custom button disappearing after closing the program. Is there a way to embed
the button in to outlook?

Any ideas?
 
What do you expect them to do when outlook is not running? If you mean they
are not enabled when you restart outlook, are macros enabled? The
program_vba group on this server would be able to provide better help for
problems such as this.
