cursor automaticly select the lowest posible point of the screen and cannot
control anything else.tried mouse settings and rebooting but no
joy........HELP PLZ !!

Open Mouse Properties...
Start | Run | Type: main.cpl | Click OK |
Pointer Options tab | UNCheck: Automatically move pointer to the default
button in a dialog box | Click Apply | Click OK

Automatically move pointer to the default button in a dialog box
