cursor selects multiple items

I dont know how to fix this problem I will be doing something and then all
of a sudden it is opening all different programs. Any ideas

Ghosts or your hand is not very steady. You can change the sensitivity
settings of your mouse under the Control Panel>Mouse

I would go to the control panel and check with your pointers. Properties
will be where you would want to turn off any options.
