Cursor Freezes

When I am working on the internet my cursor will freeze up if I attempt to
move it while a web site opens or when a pop up is opening. I use the
synoptic touch pad not an external mouse.
Any suggestions?

The first thing to do in these situations is go to the notebook
vendor's web-site. Enter your unique product identifier, usually
called a Service Code or Express code or serial #. Once your
specific system is identified go to Downloads and check for a
Touchpad driver update.

Touchpad's usually have BIOS configuration options that allow
for use of both the touchpad and a mouse. If you only use the
notebook with the touchpad, you might want to change the
setting to Only use the touchpad and not auto detect a mouse.
