cursor control

HELP! My cursor first jumped to another line; now it disappears as I'm
typing. I avoid inadvertently touching the mouse pad at the base of the
keyboard.

The cursor always disappears when you are typing, so it does not obstruct
your view.

If you are using a mouse, disable the track pad. Look in the Help for your
computer to see how.

Thanks, John. I will connect my external mouse and do as you suggested. I
had planned to do that and had hoped I would could continue using the
build-in mouse pad.
