currupt spooler app !!

I can not network because when I try to configure my home
office network a error message pop's up, spooler
subsystem app has encountered a problem and needs to
close. and then I have to close down the set up please
help fix this currupting error

I am having the same exact problem. I have tried the
2 "fixes" in Microsoft's help area with no luck. Has
anyone responded to you? I would sure be interested in
the fix.
