Current Version of Office Developer Edition

I am trying to find the current version of Microsoft Office ????
Developer Edition that allows the developer to distribute applications with
a current version of access runtime e.g Access 2002 .
I can not find this in any microsoft catalog or source. Is Microsoft doing
this a different way. Information as to source and the correct name of the
product performing this runtime distribution function would sincerely be
appreciated. Bob

The current version of Access is Access 2003.

MS likes to change the name every once in a while.

Microsoft Office Access 2003 Developer Extensions

The Access 2003 Developer Extensions provide the tools and resources
developers need to more quickly and easily create, test and deploy
sophisticated Access solutions. The Developer Extensions include a
royalty-free Access Runtime enabling distribution of Access solutions.
The Developer Extensions also include tools, with source code, for
creating professional setup routines, globally searching solutions for
custom strings and creating solutions that have been stripped of all
source code. The Access 2003 Developer Extensions are part of the
Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System.

At least they put "Access" back into the name. IMO the versions called
"Office" Developer's Edition were misnamed.
