Cumulative Security Update for Outlook Express 6 SP1 (KB823353) Keeps Being Applied

Per the Windows Update site, the Cumulative Security Update for Outlook
Express 6 SP1 (KB823353)
has been applied 12 times now (listed below). It comes up every time I
check. I had it hidden, but the
site doesn't like that.Has anyone else encountered this?
