ctrl+Z not working

i have laptop VAIO VGN-AR21S with XP mediacenter edition

All the function keys are working except CTRL-Z

i have installed all original drivers from sony.. still not working..

What can i do?

A good starting point would be to let us know what tests
you performed when testing the functionality of Ctrl+Z.
Here is one you could use:
1. Launch notepad.exe.
2. Type this text: The quick brown fox in Zambia.
3. Press Ctrl+A
4. Press the Delete key on your keyboard.
5. Press Ctrl+Z
6. Report what you see on the screen.
