Hi,

I used to be able to press Ctrl+G in Windows NT to bring up a dialog box where I could type in paths to go to. This doesn't appear to be the case in XP. Has this been removed or moved somewhere else ?

For example, if I press Ctrl+G, then typed "c:\temp\" and pressed enter, I would expect Explorer to take me there.

Thanks

Damien

Dunno.

But.

If you have a keyboard with Windows keys, press the right WinKey(tm)
+R. While that'll bring up the "Run..." dialog, you can use it just
like the "Go to" you described.

If you (like me) don't have the Windows keys, you can press
RightCtrl+Esc instead to open the Start menu, then u (probably) to
select "Run...".
