How to trap CTRL-S in Console Application

I can't figure out how to catch (or disable) CTRL-S being pressed in
my Console Application! If I do press CTRL-S everything stops until I
press another key.

I can catch everything else (windows close event, CTRL-C, CTRL-BREAK,
Logout, Shutdown etc) - but can't see how to deal with CTRL-S.

Any ideas gratefully received.
