Ctrl-Enter does not work

Ctrl-Enter does not work. Eg: if i type 'google' in address bar and
press Ctrl-Enter, it does not become 'http://www.google.com'. How to
change this setting???

Tools>Options>Content tab>Autocomplete, make sure web addresses is checked.
