CTRL ALT END no longer works

Curious problem has just occured since I replaced a dodgy
NIC card in one of our Windows 2000 Servers with an NC7170
Gigabit card. The Server is fully service pack'd and
patched so that is not an issue and we're also running 5.1
RDP.

I can connect to the Server using RDP session with no
problems but none of the hot keys combinations (such as
the important CTRL ALT END combination) work anymore.
I cannot disconnect the session properly. I am forced to
just close the window which does not disconnect the
session.
When looking at Terminal Services Manager now, the Server
is not even listed! However, I can still connect to it
with no problems using the RDP file I've always used.

How does Terminal Services Manager create its browse list?
I can ping the Server OK.
Anyone have any ideas??!
I'm really struggling on this one.
Thanks.

Can you check the keyboard setting under "Local Resources" tab of TS Client?
If its set to "On the Local Computer", then hot-keys won't work on server
session.

I've checked everywhere but cannot locate a tab
called "local resources". I've checked the Terminal
Services Configuration and Terminal Services Manager and
the Properties on the RDP-TCP itself but cannot find this
tab anywhere. Where should I be looking exactly?

thanks!

I have checked every possible option on the client and
cannot see anything called "local resources" or anything
that mentions using keyboard on local resources only.
thanks anyway

Once you open up the Remote Desktop Connection Client, click the
Options>> button and the Local Resources tab should appear... It does
for me.
