When i perform ctrl alt delete the task manager no longer
starts. Instead a small window opens with my netwaork
conections. This happens when i am off the internet!!!.
TASKMAN is in the windows directory and task manager is
in the task bar right click options. I have two accounts
on my system, mine which has addmin rights, anoyher which
has limited rights - ctrl alt delete task manager works
on that account.
