CTRL-ALT-DELETE won't work

Can someone please tell me why, when
I type Ctrl-Alt-Delete, I get a screen
that tells me CPU Usage. Or, more importantly,
how can I make the sequence present the
names of the programs running, like it's
supposed to.

Double-click on the grey bar at the top of the Task Manager to see the tabs.

Rocky, I don't think you were answering my
question. What tabs? What task manager.
 
Type ctrl--alt--del--and when window appears double click on its border.
 
OH!!! Thanks so much!!! I can't believe it.
All this time I've been cussing, and it was
so darn easy.
