CTRL+ALT+DEL Task manager

Recently I have noticed that when I push Control+alt+del
instead of getting the usual menu with the list of tasks,
cpu and memory usage and the option to shut down the pc I
only get this task manager window with nothing else!!!
How do I get it back? I have winXP professional all
updated with the latest patches.

Open Task Manager and double-click on its uppermost window border.
