In 98 ctrl alt del bought up task manager, now I get cpu
usage percentage and graph. How do I get the task manager?

Double click on the top border.
Windows Task manager has
Applicatios,processes,performance,networking,users tabs.

Task Manager might be running in tiny "footprint" mode. Just double-click
the outer frame and all tabs will be back.
Alternately, download the reg patch and run it.

Task Manager Reset settings
Resolves the problem of missing Task Manager tabs, menu items etc.
