CTRL+A and CTR+N strange behaviour

S

Sat Sandhu

Hi,

When ever I use the CTRL+A key (to try and select all) it
ends up doing a sound mute instead.

And using CTRL+N from within internet explorer (to open a
new IE window) causes notepad to start instead.

I assume this might be down to Accessibilty or something
equally instrusive - but I have made sure it is disabled
and yet my CTRL keys still do not function properly.

Any ideas?
