csrss prosess running twice. Consuming 99% of CPU

Does anyone know how to "eliminate" the 'csrss.exe'
process when it is running twice (as viewed in task
manager)???

It seems both instances of this are eating all the CPU
time (CPU Idle Process is at or near ZERO). Machine is
running painfully slow!

Check your registry, two places and remove bot
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ru
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Softwar\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
