Crytograhpic Service

I have the same problem as other people evidently.

How do you enable cryptographic service? Help!!

If your error is:
"Setup could not verify the integrity of the file Update.inf. Make sure the
Cryptographic service is running on this computer."

then follow the instructions here to resolve your problem:
