Hi
When I try to defrag, the following message appears (eventually)
Checking File System on C
The type of the file system is NTFS
Cannot open the volume for direct access.
Someone told me it's probably a file called CrypKey and a device called NetworkX that must be disabled. I can't figure out how to get to NetworkX to disable it. I loacated a support article at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;176504 but without knowing how to locaate NetworkX (assuming I've got it), the article wasn't much help
Anyone got any ideas. My C drive REALLY needs to be cleaned up, but apparently this CrypKey service is blocking it somehow.
