crtl+alt+delete

A friend using Win XP Home has to use crt+alt+delete to get into Windows.
How can she change this so that Windows starts up in a "normal" fashion?
 
Hi,
Follow this steps:
1. Click Start, Run and type control userpasswords2
2. On the Advanced tab click to clear Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete
3. Click OK
