Cross Reference Pop-up

Hi,

I'm working with a document filled with cross references. The numbers refer
to the items in a numbered list. (example: '19' refers to '19. Quality')
To make my work a lot easier, I would like to have a pop-up of the title of
the numbered list item each time I mouse over the number (in the example a
pop-up 'Quality' when I mouse over '19'). This is very similar to standard
footnotes.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks!

Hi Erik,

You could achieve that by using Insert|Hyperlink instead of Insert|Cross-reference.

Hi Macropod,

thanks for your advice, unfortunately it does not entirely meet up to my
demands. I'm working (it is not finished yet) in a somewhat large document
with a numbered list divided over categories (but the listnumbers continue so
that the numbers are unique). I want to show (for the reader as well as for
myself) that each numberd item has connections with others (in and over the
categories).
The problem with hyperlinks (as I see it) is that the text which is used as
a link does not automatically update when I insert a new numbered item
inbetween the other item (so the text '19' could link to '20' when I insert a
number between number 14 and 15).
Can this be resolved? Or is there a better way to tackle my problem?

Thanks again!
