crop tool

Hi!
How do I use crop tool with powerpoint presentation? the crop tool doesn't
light up, I click on it, it doesn't response.

What is the object you are trying to crop? If it is an auto-shape (and you
are using versions 2003 and earlier), you will not be able to crop the
picture. If the object is a photo added using Insert--> Picture--> From
File, then you need to have the picture selected before you will be able to
crop the image.

Hi!
How do I use crop tool with powerpoint presentation? the crop tool doesn't

The crop tool doesn't work on presentations, only on images that are on the
slides IN your presentations.

If you click an image and it still doesn't work, try this:

Click Edit, Copy
Now move the image out of the way
Click Edit, Paste Special and choose PNG as the type.

Now try cropping.
