Critical Updates CD??

I need to apply Critical updates to multiple computers but my bandwidth
isn't large enough so it takes a very long time.
I know I can request an update CD from Microsoft but I don't want to wait.

My question is: Is there a way to create a CD myself that I can use to
install current updates from? If so where can I find the instructions?

You should also try setting up your own SUS server. This way only one
computer downloads the updates, you approve which ones get installed, and
then your clients will download from your SUS server.
