Really?
Since I download the tool directly every month at work on my T2 connection
[so I can have it on my flash drive as an emergency tool] I've never allowed
it to simply "update". If it can "update incrementally" that's a good thing
from a bandwidth perspective :)

Hi Robin...Yes we are, what a small world. Sorry I didn't get back to you
sooner, have some projects running here as well, it never ends. LOL

Good luck with the bathroom, went through some of that last year, and still
have more to do. Hope I live long enough to see everything done. So much to
do and so little time to do it in.

Hope you have a great holiday, and TTYS. JJ

I know that feeling, seems there are not enough days in the week and not
enough hours in the day to get everything done.
You have a great "turkey day" too

Hi Robin...Yes we are, what a small world. Sorry I didn't get back to you
sooner, have some projects running here as well, it never ends. LOL

Good luck with the bathroom, went through some of that last year, and
still
have more to do. Hope I live long enough to see everything done. So much
to
do and so little time to do it in.

Hope you have a great holiday, and TTYS. JJ
