I am having the same problem...can anyone help me fix it so it doesnt do it anymore?

vulnerability of the LSASS.EXE.
To abort the shut down, click Start, click Run and type "shutdown -a"
(without quotations) and press OK.

Then download and install the critical update IMMEDIATELY from
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS04-011.mspx
