CREATOR OWNER

I can't alter the CREATOR OWNER permissions on the c:
drive. I'm logged on as Administrator and all the
permissions for CREATOR OWNER are blank. I hit full
control and apply but all permission boxes go blank.

Help?

Restart the system in safe mode and try it using the system owners permissions.
