Yes the FP SE are installed on the new server.
Let me write in detail about the problem :

I am facing a problem in creating sub web. There is an application to create
a subweb in a particular server, This application was earlier installed in
Windows NT and was working fine. Now they (client) have migrated to Windows
2000 and since then it is not working. There are two dlls written which
actually uses wininet to call the dll fpadmdll.dll.
The error I am getting is –

Server Error: Error 2 opening registry key "SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared
Tools\Web Server Extensions\Ports\Port 80".


System Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.

I went thru the net and the only solution for this error which I could find
was changing the permission in registry. I tried that but it didn’t work.
