I am trying to create a form on my webpage so that our fans can purchase our cd. However...once I create the form, I am having trouble trying to get the information to be sent to our email address. Basically I'm trying to create a form very similar to this New Thread form I am typing in. I hope this is making sense. Please HELP!!!!

Thank you!

FP forms require a host with the FP Server Extensions and Email transport enabled, and must be in a FP web the is published to the
online host server using http mode
- Explain what you have done, and provide a link to the form you have published online

I'm not using a web-based news posting system - I'm using Outlook Express to read
this newsgroup.....so what is it you really mean?

Anyhow: right click on the form, select form properties, check the option to send
to email address. save, publish the file (make sure you have frontpage server
extensions running on your server).

Send a test submission to yourself....you should receive the email.

Reasons for it not working:

Your Host has not enabled the email-sending component of the server extensions
The Server Extensions are not installed at all.

I'd check with your host first.

Can we see an url so we can test it (if you don't mind getting 'test emails' if
the form does decide to work).

if you're testing offline, it wont work but it will tell you 'it needs to be
saved or published on a server with FP server extensions....." etc
