creating new accounts

Winds XP, brand new installation.


I have just created two new accounts

but when I log in to them I get a notepad window open with the following
message;

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787


does anyone know what the problem is and how can I fix it?

Google 'Groups' is your friend. Just type in

LocalizedResourceName

in the box. Check out the thread entitled 'Start Up Problem'.

LocalizedResourceName

in the box. Check out the thread entitled 'Start Up Problem'.

I tried the normal Google and got lots of replies I was slowly wading
through them.

But your link is much more concise.
