creating / importing html e-mail

I have a HTML file that I created in an editor. Now I want to send that file
via e-mail, not as attachment, but as the body of the outlook 2003 e-mail. I
cannot find a place in which Outlook will allow me to copy the HTML code.
How can I do that?
