Creating help text in a Word 2007 doc

Is there a way to display customized help text when hovering over a word. I
want to create a doc that has additional info for specific technical terms
without creating a Form or Hyperlinking?

The only way to do this is in Word is to use a hyperlink with custom
screentip that goes nowhere.
