Creating an FTP

Is there an easy way to make an ftp without paying for someone to make it?
Also, i have never made a website before. could i still make an ftp without
web creation knowledge?
 
Hi Josh,

Creating one is not that hard, but with WinXP you need to have the Pro
version installed in order to use IIS (which is what you can use to create
and control the ftp server with. If you have home, you will need a third
party product. If you do have Pro, open Help & Support and search on
"Internet Information Services" (aka IIS).
