creating a website on frontpage

Please help. I would like to create a little text box which will appear as
you hover over a hyperlink button. The text box will be an outline of the
contents of the page that the hyperlink directs to. Could someone advise me
on how to do this or at least tell me keywords that i should be typing in to
find the answer on the microsoft assistance website. Thanks.
