website created in FrontPage - url doesn't change when changing pages

This may be a really dumb questions but our website, www.xtremegamebirds.com
, was created in Frontpage. I think I set everything up correctly and
the hyperlinks in the left menu bar open content in the right content
frame but I notice the url never changes. It always says www.xtremegamebirds.com.
Should it change? Isn't that one of the things that helps search
engines pull up your website pages based on the title of the page? If
so, what should I have done to create them correctly?

This is normal behaviour when you use frames.

To avoid this, don't use frames.
