Creating a new page in Frontpage 2003 based on a dy...

Is it possible to create a new page in FrontPage 2003 that is based ona an
existing dynamic template rather than attaching the template afterwards?

If so, how is it done?
 
File | New | More page templates. Choose the one you want.
